Penguins are trash. You get an animal that is very fast on rain and hail, but that has mid-tier stats overall and can't hurt anything nor take a hit. Plus when the weather goes down, it gets pretty slow for a Bird-type, considering they're the fastest animals, specially on sky battles. The only hope for any of the Penguins is to use them in PU paired with Eagle and Duck on a mono-Bird team.
