It's a humanoid pokemon with two forms: one where all of it's attacks do damage and one where all attacks heal. It has a signature move that let's it switch between these forms. It also has a unique ability that is basically just torrent with more words and applied to a different element. You can only find it by having an empty third slot and a special end game item that a random person on the second route of the game will give you, and then visiting the very bottom layer of the biggest cave in the game at night and doing a sequence of moves that are outlined in the strategy guide.

A fairy shitmon that can only be found in one area, with an appearance rate of 1%, and has a 12.5% chance of being female. The female form is the only one that can evolve, and must evolve with max friendship and learn Charm (which it does so naturally at level 53). Once it evolves, it not only gains massive offensive and speed, but it can learn the fairy-type version of draco meteor and giga impact. its special ability also prevents any self-inflicted damage from any move it uses.

A +6 priority entry hazard move that goes before a switch (if the enemy switches on the turn it is used). It only happens once per use.
The effect is: It causes the pokemon switched in to be automatically "bounced" out after switching in, and a random pokemon is sent out instead.
Basically Roar/WW the entry hazard.
