Okay. I'll bite.

Making all the Hyper Beam variants works like in Gen I would be a great buff, however, not exactly like that.
Only with the KO, if it hits a Substitute, it needs to recharge.

Conversion 2 is easy to buff: Just make it predictable and let it choose the optimal type if one exists.

You also forgot to mention Comet Punch. Ledian will never be good.

Just make venoshock one shot poisoned targets and reduce its BP. Bam, two shot on anything not poison or steel type. Viable. Toxic spikes viable even in doubles.
Fell stinger should be 60 BP.
Synchronoise should be typeless or normal type with 150 BP at least.

Make it select a random move that the pokemon it is disguised as knows. It will still be night daze in BP and type but it will appear as said move. Remove the accuracy tripe.

Constrict.

Stone Edge's accuracy gets buffed to 95%, remove increased critical chance.

Zen Headbutt's BP gets buffed to 100, removes flinch chance.

Snarl gets buffed to 80 BP, mostly because we need moves that control Special Attackers the way that burns and intimidate hurt physical mons.

Buff Seed Bomb to 90 BP. Give it a 10% chance to drop Defense. Basically a physical counterpart to Energy Ball.

Buff Elemental Fangs to 80 BP, 100% accuracy like Crunch. No reason they should be so weak and have shoddy accuracy when the other biting moves don't. Also means Strong Jaw Tyrantrum is -somewhat- useful.

Synchronoise should just be Super Effective to everything. That would make up for its shitty side effect. What purpose does it even have on Umbreon. Chances are the opponent isn't holding a Ring Target.

compared to v-create
V=180 BP 95% hit 100 lowest base attack stat for a mon with 3 total lowered combat stages.
TK= 180 BP (90% hit*3 hits=72.9%hit) 95 Base attack stat for a mon no other penalties

I'd say it's balanced with v-create at least. the only other 180 BP move

On Sylveon HB a great nuke option. Otherwise the only other mons, -ate or otherwise, I can think of where it's remotely viable are HB Mega Pidgeot and GI Slaking.
