It's pretty much a water type heatran. One that isn't 4x weak to dirt, but carries way less resistances as a trade off. Also, a max hp invested one can survive one eq from an offensive Lando-T and proceed to OHKO it with Steam Eruption with 0 SpA investment.

I don't know man, Steam Eruption is a pretty godly move. Slap on Assault Vest and have him tank everything while burning everything at the same time. Slap HP Ice for good measure and you're good to go.
