Blue was my favorite of the 3 GB games. Total bro starter.
It's OK, it just lacks the stally bullshit of Mega Venusaur and the brainless click-and-win of the Zards. Blastoise was always versatile, just outclassed. With the mega I think it's come into its own.

Favorite starter of first gen, hands down. Good 'ol Kamex.
Squirtle is shit. Kanto starters are shit. Most starters are shit. It's why I shelve them before they reach 20 in most cases.
