Mr. Mime got one of the biggest buffs of all - Hidden Power being nerfed to 60 BP at perfect IVs. It essentially gets Ice Beam without actually needing Ice beam.
The only issue is that HP Fairy doesnt exist

Yes, though I think Denissss eventually dropped Mr. Mime due to the lack of Perish Songers and because Ingrain stops Roar.
