Earthquake and other ground-typed moves become more OP.

Assuming rotom forms need a new combined ability which was always stupid, each form should've had seperate ability's lets see without levitate what place they would be.

Considering its choice scarfed use if you want to use it for that and volt switch it would maybe stay in ou but not as high as it is now. I'd see it drop to UU at worst case with only two weaknesses and its resists.

But in all seriousness it might not even drop from NU unless the other forms move to NU, then I'd go to PU purely out of usage just like how it works for their system.
I'll think of ability's they could give them in return but I'll try to think as realistically as I can based on the forms object.
