Considering MMaw is uber in smogon, hardly anything there. There are much better Eviolite users than Mawile, so that doesn't change much either.
Limiting its moveset with a choice item would be stupid in doubles, and given MMaw's low speed stat, even in singles scarf wouldn't be as useful as band, I think. Slapping a Life Orb onto it seems like the best choice, though that too isn't too appealing given that it lessens the effectiveness of the HP EV one'd normally put onto it.
Not much into competetive Pokemon, so just call me a scrub, I don't care. Don't think it would help Mawile much.

Eviolite Pinsir could be fun, base 150 Def and 105 special def with stealth cocks and a huge attack to go with its bulkiness. Plus use out of toxic and seismic toss if investing in special defense or defense instead of attack and trying to get something out of that tiny HP stat.
Not many options of recover without wish support or running rest on it.
It can also do some crazy bind toxic shit on things switching into it.
