Shedinja is one of my favorite pokemon. How do i make it viable? How can I revolve a team around it? Feel free to post your favorite bug/ghost type..

Take up Rotation battling. You don't lose stat boosts, hazards aren't an issue, and you can better manage se hits, weather, and status.
In single battle, substitute is an essential.
The way I use it is I have it on a team with a Zoroark.
Send out the Zoroark first, it appears as Shedinja.
Zoroark and Shedinja share no common weaknesses, so hopefully the opponent has to switch out to be able to hurt 'Shedinja'.
'Shedinja used Nasty Plot'
Something used Flamethrower or something.
Shedinja was actually a Zoroark!
Zoroark used Dark Pulse or something.
Works great!

Keep rocks off the field and it's the best pivot in the game. You NEED to have a spinner/defogger to shut down their hazard game or Shedinja is literally a wasted slot.

Combine it with an utility mega sableye and at least one trapper (dugtrio).
You can employ the 'switch-trap-loop', which let's you pivot out with a slow baton pass to dugtrio, thus absorbing the 'hit'.
Dugtrio prevents your opponent from switching. From this point on you can hard-switch back to shedinja and repeat the process.
Your opponent HAS to switch or he'll be PP stalled.
This gives you an edge over your advesary. These mindgames resulted in clean 6-0 victories for me.
The Shedinja I rock on my cartridge has a jolly nature with the standard 252/252 spread.
