I'm sure I did, but I can't remember any of them specifically. I think I used to put more emphasis on the "vee" in Eevee. So it came out of my mouth as "ee-VEE".
A friend of mine would not stop pronouncing Kyogre as "ko-guy-ur" for like 2 years, though.
For years I thought it was special rend and I don't know why

lel, I say this in a Southern accent sometimes because of how dumb and funny it sounds.
They don't teach English where I live until the 5th grade so I had to learn it by myself.
I used to pronounce potions as pot-yons from 3rd to 5th grade, and I still refer to them that way in my mind when I play Pokemon.
Also we got the jap copycat r/s here before the anime was aired, so I called everything by a different name, although the only one I remember is calling groudon Ruby and kyogre Sapphire.

Technically it's a whole cluster fuck of mistakes. The DIA in Dialga is the japanese mispronunciation of the english D.I.A. from Diamond. Given its etymology it should be pronounced almost like Die'l-guh, or at least die-al-guh. The PAL in Palkia is the romanized form of the japanese phonetic PA-RU which is the Japaneal pronunciation of the english "PEARL" making that etymologically Pearl-kee-uh
