Barbaracle, barbaracle, barbaracle. God can someone who enjoys this fucking things design explain what they appreciate about it? I want to make an effort to just accept and enjoy all the new designs, I can't change them. The only ones that really bother me are chesnaught and barbaracle.

Because it looks like an ugly ass monster that doesnt give a shit. Just like Conkeldurr. Not all pokemon have to be "cute" or "edgy cool". Some pokemon's appeal are simply how they dont look that all aesthetically appealing and that's okay.
Personally, I also think Barbaracle's design and concept is loads better than Diglett>Dugtrio bullshit when it comes to "evo is multiples of base form"

No i agree, maybe that's the best way to look at it. I do see how that applies to stuff like stunfisk or conkeldurr, even trubbish though it gets a lot of shit. I don't know, the concept of the binacle>barbaracle line just doesn't make sense to me.

Saw you post in another thread. I didn't like Barbaracle at first, but the idea that all its limbs are just necks and heads is pretty cool, especially considering that even its head looks like a hand. Its color scheme is garish, but that adds to its oddball appeal.
