It makes more sense for them to go South because that's the rest of France. You could have the games to the East and have them start in Germany but I doubt they'll do this

One of the few things we do know is that they're going to try to do something new with the third version like B2/W2 did with being sequels. Completely new pokemon isn't that farfetch'd of a guess
