As far as Tamashii's looks go? Yes, definitely. I feel much more confident saying that then there are only 3 levels of girls prettier then her. Not to mention that's how a rating system usually works, look at anything. How do Natures negatively affect you if you're the type not to worry about EVs/IVs? I see people bring up Natures as a bad thing when hating on newer Gens, but if you don't have a problem with EVs/IVs in earlier gens and don't mind a Pokémon that isn't 31 across the board (or 15 across the board in Gen 1 and 2), why would having a non-optimal Nature bug you? I mean if you got an Adamant Alakazam or something I can see a bit of annoyance but it isn't much different than getting a 0 in Sp.Atk IVs.
