In XY it was easy, the restaurants were great for both money and EXP. In ORAS it looks like the -ONLY- way are the shitty once per day battlers near the Maison, and the Pokemon League.
Is there really no faster way?

Blissey bases predate injected Pokemon, and it's fairly easy to just level them up in XY then transfer them to ORAS.
Also, if you want to do VGC or some shit, I'm pretty sure they don't look at secret bases specifically because it's not your fault that Infernape has Sacred Fire or some shit like that.
