Suggestions for a last slot? This is for a doubles meta where no legends allowed.

>not wanting to use legendaries
not sure what you are trying to prove by doing that
>miltank
there are probably better choices for a stealth rock setter in OU, also using punishment as your only attack is not very reliable
if you want a sr setter with reliable recovery, try clefable, chansey, gliscor, celebi, mew, etc.
also not sure what that ev spread accomplishes
>salamence
salamence is not very good in OU, try using dragonite instead. It's a bit slower but it can set up a lot easier with it's ability and has extremespeed which is a good move for cleanup. If you're willing to forsake your mega slot you can run even better dragon dancers like charizard x or altaria.
>life orb gardevoir
i think you'll find gardevoir can be a bit of a dead weight without a mega stone. not saying it's impossible to make regular gardevoir work but it's just relatively slow and weak.
>manectric
run volt switch over signal beam. memeing on hoopa-u is fun but it's just too situational to be useful. volt switch is really spammable and almost always useful, on the other hand

also if you want a replacement to gastrodon, consider seismitoad, it can double as your sr setter too. quagsire is good but is better on stall

>>24800271
>tyranitar
what does thunderpunch hit? it doesn't really hit anything stronger than any of your other moves. i would use pursuit just to make gengar easier to deal with
>florges
florges a shit, never use it in OU. sylveon and clefable are basically better by virtue of having usable abilities

if you're running a sand based team here are two things you might want to consider:
>smooth rock
not saying scarftar is a bad set but you can run support tyranitar or hippowdon to help your sand sweepers. this also frees up a slot on skarmory to run spikes.
>excadrill
it's the best sand sweeper in the game. I know you already have stoutland for sand rush but excadrill is just so good you can't not consider it.
>>
I use this on battle spot singles rated. Looking for something to replace the Azelf since I never use it and it's rubbish.

UU team.
>>
>>24800268
Why the fuck do people do this. Legendaries are fucking fine to use. They are not too good. They are just normal like everything else in the tier. The whole fucking point of the tiering system is to make sure broken things aren't there.

Don't use Miltank in OU, ever. If you want rocks on a bulky Pokemon, use Clefable.

Don't use Life Orb Gardevoir, if you want a fairy, again just use Clefable. Regular Gardevoir is almost 100% useless in OU.

Don't use Signal Beam Manectric, it's shit. Volt Switch is better.

Gastrodon isn't very good, but it is usable. You should have Leftovers instead of Rocky Helmet at the least.

Salamence is a shit Dragon Dancer, Dragonite is better.
>>
>>24800878
Your team looked quite decent until I noticed you had two suicide hazard leads. Why would you do that? If you want Rocks and Spikes, use Custap Foretress and free up a team slot.

Just changed it to hasty.
>>
>>24800268
Replace Miltank with Stealth Rock Mega Aerodactyl, replace Scizor with Hone Claws Durant or even CB Escavalier, replace Mega Manectric with Zapdos (run Heat Wave to replace Manectric's Flamethrower).

Bam, your shitty OU team is now a competent UU team.
>>
>>24803320
Oh shit, forgot you hate Legends. Nevermind, use Specs Magneton with HP Fire to replace Manectric.
>>
>>24800878
I have to agree with the other anon.
Why would you ever think having double suicide lead is a good idea. You don't even have a way of removing hazards so your second sash is almost certain to be broken on entry.

You also have both Volt Switch and U-turn so you really need something to remove hazards otherwise the damage will just add up. Also why Magnet on Heliolisk? If you really don't want a choice item just use Life Orb it doesn't have any moves with inherent recoil so it wont be a problem.
>>
Never really done competitive battling, but I wanted to try make a decent team to fight with. UU single 'cause the tier has a lot of stuff I like.

Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunder
- Hidden Power Ice
- Surf
- Volt Switch
>>
>>24804330
Why Thunder over Thunderbolt on Heliolisk ? does it grant any specific kills Tbolt doesn't ? Seems a bit weird since you don't have any rain setter, and I haven't seen rain in the little UU I've played. Same for Swift Swim on Kingdra.
>>
>>24804398
I just kind plugged 'em in and these moves are what came out. Pretty sure it's randomly generated. I just wanted to more get a feel if my selections actually compliment each other and go from there.
>>
>>24804330
I'm confused? Is this supposed to be a Rain team, but you forgot to put Mega Swampert and a Rain setter on it?
>>
>>24804625
Again, I just was putting in stuff I liked. I didn't really do it with any specific strategy in mind.
>>
>>24800268
The main problems I have with this is Gastro have EQ instead of Earth Power, and Manectric having Signal Beam instead of Volt Switch.
