TR Dialga is going to have a harder time now for sure, because virtually everything around it got powered up to a degree. It's not like way back when all it had to worry about was a handful of scenarios.

CHALK shitted on it. Needed a little bit too much support compared to the top mons. Needed some speed control to get damage outright. Bulk only mattered in mega form so it could only switch in on predicted poison/dragon moves if you don't lead Mawile. Even neutral moves did a lot of damage because her base form's defenses aren't that great, even after intimidate.

Primal revision is different from mega evolution and you can even have both out on the field at once if you so wish.

Soft resetting until you get what you need IV wise. All legendaries in ORAS have at last 3 perfect IVs when you catch them so its not as hard as it used to be.

The two primal reversions are allowed with each other, and are also allowed with one Mega evolution. Therefore, you can totally have Kyogre-P, Groudon-P, and whatever Mega you want on the same team.
Also, it's completely possible and not uncommon to get good IV'd legends by simply soft-resetting.

Men, I have injected a lot of pokemon for people who went to the recently regionals and them all passed the filters.
Just remember to set all mons that have a egg move with it, right memories, etc. And when you are done go to re roll a new encryption code at the misc page and AFTER that go and re roll the PID (you can also make it shiny tho).
And you will have a totally legal mon.I think there were even some shit at the extra bytes thing, but I still don't know what they are meant for, but I will use them if that makes them even more "legal"
Also try to use an already existing mon as a base, so half of work is already done.
