The only investment in that image is HP. I didn't know if I should keep her as a Physical Tank, or use the "Assault Vest" equivalent and buff Special Defense and that to balance her defenses, though I would miss out on her buffs and Recover move, so I haven't decided yet.

So far it seems like the balance is way better, though it heavily discourages set up and stall pretty much everything except for a select few is viable.
Plenty of things are different from the Pokemon games, you can relearn moves any time you want, you can increase the evs you want without having to farm a certain type of doll, and breeding is a lot easier.

EV training and skill selection is vastly improved, allowing you to allocate your own stat points where you want and swap out moves on the fly.
IV grinding and 'mon capturing is also made much easier, with IV grinding no longer requiring the stupidly long process of hatching eggs and capturing requiring you to simply KO the puppet you've sealed.
There's no legendary drama, andmostpuppets are completely viable for pretty much anything. This also allows you to pick your own starter out of the entire cast.

Here's how to use it, if that's what you mean. It's trial and error to get all to S. If you've got plenty of fragments and a bit of time, it's not that bad. Once you get one to at least 2 S ranks it gets way quicker.

Smogon players are usually more inclined towards hyper-offense anyways, which is definitely viable here.
FutoS is basically everything a Smogonite would want in a single package: Hits hard, has 2 stellar abilities (Intimidate or Technician), gets Fire Blast for absolutely no good reason, is obscenely fast beyond all dear belief (base 135 speed is just what the fuck and outspeeds or ties anything relevant outside of priority or choice scarf), gets the ungodly combination of Rapid Spin's being an attack and Defog's typing (except it has a BP of 50 and thus with Technician is actually almost usable as a regular attack anyways), gets the equivalent of U-Turn to fuck over switch-ins...

There's good touhous and bad touhous, although the power level is even enough that you can get away running basically anyone with a few exceptions as long as you build to their strengths.
