Why didn't Glalie get Snow Warning?
Not mega, but regular, since it is a hailstone. Or looks like one at least.
>>24795479
It's only reserved for the shittiest of Ice typings.
>>24795479
Why was base 80 for everything considered okay stats for a full evolved mon.
>>24795651
I bet GF was thinking: Mew has base 100 for everything. Let's make a Pokemon like that, but not legendary. Base 80 sounds fair? Okay. Done.
>>24795651
Glalie came before the era of widespread power creep and competitive faggotry, so the stat spreads were more balanced (sometimes literally)
>>24795651
Because if they were any higher it'd be Kingdra. Or worse, fucking Mew.
>>24795479
No? It's a rocky monster with an ice armor. Now why it's not Rock/Ice or has high defense, it's beyond me.
>literally a snowflake
>didn't get snow warning
>>24795907
Because what good is a warning when the snow is already there
>>24795479
why the fuck do both ice megas suck in the 1st place. Thats a better question.
>>24795874
Kingdra's stats are considered only "okay" though. It pretty much needs setup to be threatening, and the one set that doesn't need it (Specs) gets c.uked by Ferrothorn and shitted on by offense.

How come pokemon doesn't get patches like every other modern game?
Smash bros even gets patches now. It's one of the things that makes pokemon a turn off for me.
So does GF just fix stats in the next game?
>>24796029
Sixth gen Pokemon games have had patches since XY came out.
They just don't choose to use it to change stats.
>>24796029
Becase Gamefreak doesn't have the balls to touch the status quo
and you make more money releasing new games than you do patching the old ones to be compatible with new ones
>>24795901
it's supposed to be an embodiment of ice, at least before cryogonal and avalugg were things.
at the very least it should get some rock moves, particularly rock polish.

Balancing 50+ characters is easier than balancing over 700.
