I run a similar team. Add two stallers, either double walls, or one of each. Personally I use Cottonee and Multi Scale SpDef Dragonite. However, seeing as you have another Dragon, might want to go for something else.

Personally I think the Sp.Def investment over Attack on Scizor is incredibly redundant. You should not be keeping Scizor in on ANY Fire attack, even in the rain. I'd invest more in Attack obviously. As for the last two mons just go to the Team Magma Team Builder and see what your team is weak to and try rounding those weaknesses out. Also keep in mind that there are other weather conditions so for the last two get something that rounds out your defences/offences and works well as a counter to Sandstorm or Drought.

Probably a good idea, but the only good ones are Ludicolo, Kingdra, M-Swampert, and possibly Kabutops. In reverse order, Kabutops is outclassed as a physical sweeper by M-Scizor, I've already got a mega so no M-Swampert, I already have a fast Dragon-type special sweeper, and Ludicolo is actually a possibility for Grass-type coverage and Water-type STAB.

It's not to protect from Fire-type moves, more from neutral hits. Besides, M-Scizor's Attack is already really good, and considering I can boost it very high very quickly I'm not sure how much more investment it needs. As for the other two, Whimsicott will hard-counter Sand Stream, and Ludicolo can probably handle Drought - everything Ninetales can do to it is just a neutral hit, and it's gonna be the bulky assault vest set.

Honestly, I don't think so. Scizor isn't meant to be a pivot, it's meant to sit its shiny, red metal ass down, Swords Dance repeatedly, and then fuck your shit up. The only reason it would want to switch is against a Fire-type attack or if Superpower drops its defense too far.

Oh boy. The Rayquaza that I caught is Adamant instead of Jolly. I figured it wouldn't matter, since I'd never use it in VGC. My Heatran is missing a few points in HP, too. I'm not sure if I should restart my game or buy a new one. Getting all of the items again is such a pain in the ass, so I may just buy another one, unless I get ultra lucky with that shone fug event that I haven't SRed for and my Jolly one ends up being usable.

I meant that alakazam checks your entire team, it has supereffective moves for all of them (psychic/shock - shadow ball - focus blast - dazzling gleam), and its only outspeed by swellow (who gets 25% from rocks and 12% every turn thanks to flame orb, implying you only use facade and no brave bird)
