You get a Larvesta Egg in Black and White, which by the time it hatches youre ~25-30 or higher, meaning any trainers you battle as you progress will easily give at least 10 levels per battle to the bug until it catches up, assuming it ever does. Likewise, by the time you get a Deino, it's level 20 and youre literally on Victory road so its gaining enormous amounts of exp even from basic wild pokemon, nevermind the fact that the Elite 4 is coming up
To offset the accelerated exp, they evolve extremely late.
As for Bisharp and Braviary/Mandibuzz, the justification is much looser since you do get those as babies pretty high level
