I rate only design wise, and there are a lot of legendaries that I think are well designed. I don't even think there's a legendary that they fucked up bad enough for me to really dislike them. Even the pixies are fine even if they're boring, and Keldeo is fine if you don't look at it for too long. And that anon still had top tier taste besides fucking Politoed
