Damn, did Game Freak hate it. Even Luvdisc has a decent Speed stat.
It's the trainer who makes a pokemon good, not the stats. If you want to use the best pokemon, use the best. If you want to use your favorites, use your favorites, don't act like you're entitled to have your favorites be top tier
