Sage has the most good ones out of a single fan project I've seen. Still a lot of kinda lame ones in there, but honestly I think what they came up with for Sage has more winners than the last official Pokemon Gen. They've done a better job of capturing the tone of an official Pokemon game than any other fan game I've seen.
