Grumpig is a much better fit
Gengar is the best black mage. Literally black. Glass cannon as fuck. Gigantic special movepool able to cast anything from mind magic like Hypnosis and Dream Eater to all the elements, it can even explode itself and cast fist with Focus Blast.
