Post things that give you Pokéfeelings, those little moments that made it all worthwhile to be a Pokemon fan for all those years.

Going to Village Bridge just feels so steady. There's a lot of soul there. In Gen 5, I would make sure to save there before turning it off so that I'd get to hear the music the next time I played.

Are Pokéfeelings different from regular feelings?

I still have feelings from that time my Snorunt died.
>>
Route 120 in Sapphire, when the rain stops and you can see the cloudy sky reflected in the puddles with this playing in the background https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y71w6N8HK_Q

It feels so adventurous.
>>
>>24749919
I used to do that as well, same with Sootopolis/Ecruteak/Canalave. It was really nice listening to this before I went to sleep too.

RSE has a bunch of stuff, but I'll pick a few:

Mt. Pyre Outer Wall: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7vif4oZGnH0
Probably one of the first pieces of Pokemon music to ever make me say, "Wait...what is this I'm listening to?" Perfectly encapsulates the understated weirdness/importance of Mt. Pyre.

Frontier Brain theme: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsW_BCoeQZA
Probably my favorite trainer theme. It's definitely congratulatory that you got so far as to face them, but it also has the menacing aspect that all good Trainer themes need.

Trick House: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r59LYKB55eU
Literally "Fun: The Sidequest: The Music".

Gen 5 --
Route 23: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jTjfkzfbwg
You've just beaten the new team Plasma. You're one route away from Victory Road. Here, have some fucking awesome music.

Dreamyard: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXMVdtCD_8Q
Especially when it's in random side areas in the games, it always catches me offguard.

Anything that's not music?

the scene with Ash and his pokemon surviving in the mountains.
>>
Anyone ever been in Snowpoint with the sparkling snow? Shit's beautiful, man.

But yes, I love the old dude warbling in Village Bridge.
>>
For me it's that stretch at the beginning of each game, where it's just you, your starter, and the rodent and bird you just found. The entire world is ahead of you, but at the moment, you need to deal with this whopping level 4 wild Pokemon that's mowing through your freshly caught Route 1 mons.
>>
When I entered N's destroyed castle in BW2 and the music started playing along with the crackling sound effect it made me realize how depressing Team Plasma actually was
I felt bad for them
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbiyUj3R-Qs
>>
>>24755686
I remember going there when I didn't even know it was supposed to happen. I was amazed.
>>
>>24755699
Exactly, I always take my first caught mon to the end for the sake of companionship.
>>
Going back to Littleroot at the end of the adventure
I mean all the games give off this great feel of the adventure being over and you returning home to your family but Littleroot"s music added to the entire feel giving off a bit of sadness and just making you wanna stop and just sit down for a minute
>>
that bellchime trail with all that silence and autumn leaves gives me eerie feels

You seem to be a pretty big Go Ichinose fan. There are quite a few Pokemon composers, but all of those tracks are by him.
>>
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GuQ31mYN4XU
This. This music in relation to places like eterna forest and lost tower made things pretty heavy.
>>
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sj2iQyBTQs

This trailer made me smile a lot. Pokemon players hanging out together. I'm excited for it.

This and Snowpoint City/Route 216/Mt Coronet peak and by extension Sinjoh Ruins

I also spent a lot of time on the GTS so that theme, and wifi theme, too, actually. And Jubilife City. Oh and Route 209 of course.

Fuck, I loved almost everything in these games, they're just full of memories for me. I'd never had anyone else to play Pokemon with besides my brother, and no one at school liked it, so I just assumed it wasn't that popular. Then all of a sudden it seemed like the world all started to play it. It was fantastic.

The whole event was incredible, but this song in particular was just... damn. It drove home just how far we've come from the beeps and bloops of Red and Blue.

What a time to be alive.

>the best track in ORAS belongs to the worst character
>>
Getting to Sunyshore after saving the world felt really nice.

The first steps back onto Kanto in GSC were also very memorable.
>>
There's a lot of nostalgia for gens 3 and 4.

Were...were they really your first games, /vp/?
>>
>>24758960
Zinnia's a great character, though.
And it's the best track in the series.
>>
>>24749919
You already posted it.

Also going into space with Mega Rayquaza

>>24749984
This reminds me of my emerald nuzlocke where all my Pokemon died. First game, but I never finished it. Alas.
>>
Snowpoint City at sunset is the prettiest thing I've ever seen in a Pokemon game. I was super upset at Diamond when it came out (designs, HMs, plot-heaviness) but that sunset at Snowpoint City made it all melt away. Just that pinkish hue on the snow, the chilly-warm feeling, and knowing I made it all the way up there with my bros made the whole game worth it. Platinum went on to be my favorite game and Gen 4 my favorite gen.

Kanto route 11/route 24 music

hiking around mt silver, training my pokemon to be as strong as they possibly could. finally finding Red there...

plus many many other pokefeels, most of which other anons have already mentioned.

i love pokemon
>>
>>24755764
I feel the same but with New Bark Town.
>>
>>24759692
It's not so much nostalgia as it is feels. I started with Red & Blue but I have more feels about BW's Route 10.
>>
>>24759692
I started with Yellow

They have a lot more feel in them then the first 2 gens though

I also started with yellow, back in 2000, but I loved playing Gold, my family never had much money so it wasnt until 2006 when I got my Emmerald copy to the DS I bought with my savings. That means I played everyday 1 hour or maybe 2 of pokemon Gold from 2001, when I got it, to 2006... Every moment in the main history of Pokemon Gold give me the pokefeels.
>>
>>24758948
That song reminds me a lot of mystery dungeon's soundtrack, but with a bit more punch behind it.
>>
>>24749958
what about that time your luvdisc evolved?
>>
>>24749958
Snorunt's such a bro.
>>
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=569TtIBXYKM&list=FLcucz2RRZp-rowMwFRMJYSQ&index=2

This song. HG was my first game, and that one song just hit me right. It feels like it should be the theme for the games as a whole - it seems to say "C'mon, you're with your best friends, and there's a whole wide world in front of you - go have an adventure!"
>>
Basically the entirety of Explorers of Sky is a never-ending suffer train. I cried at the ending of the main game.

Also, I got pretty misty when AZ gets reunited with Floette. The way they animated him, with shaky arms and a stagger, made him look and feel like a real person. Only good part of XY, imo.

And >>24749984 gets it. The whole way from Mauville to Lilycove is my favorite path in any Pokemon game. I remember little 13 year old me thinking "Holy shit."
>>
https://youtu.be/p8DB6jGnpfY Hearing this again and knowing what it meant. It's like 12 year old me and 20 year old me united for a moment. This game being remade means so much to me as I've poured so many hours into gen 2 and then the remakes.
>>
>>24761481

Faggot. It figures you'd like one of the few themes that wasn't in the original, with one of the worst designed routes that was just shoved in at the end.
>>
>>24765549
Not him/her but fuck off. Like being in the original fucking matters. You're what's wrong with the fucking "retro" fanbase.

I'll bet you only think there's 151 pokemon and that Gary oak is a character in the games.
>>
>>24765549
>shoved in at the end
You know there are more gym leaders after Chuck, right?
>worst designed routes
Shit opinion, man.
>>
>>24758828

May at the Oceanic Museum.jpg

Is this a comfy thread in disguise? Oceanic museum is so relaxing. With all the interesting trivia, it feels like I'm actually in a real one. Much better than XY's
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZ_yh_V1gB8
>>
>>24768014
Definitely best in-game museum. And the music is a remix of the SS Anne music, which is pretty god tier.
>>
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7dzZl8ge1z0

This track's one of my favorites. It's joyful, but there's an understated sadness to it.

>>24769216
I'm also partial to Undella Town.

For me, yes. Third Gen was my first.

When i played Sapphire a kid, i really never knew Steven was the champion. I even barely remembered that guy; just that i found his clothing cool.
And then, after a brief speech, this --

This theme put me under stress each time I ear it now, because I practiced multiple times the tweaking trick, and this song means that you're near the goal. Walking in dead Sinnoh, searching cautiously for the right place, that fear of the black screen, saving a step further kills your game ... I failed 9 times.

And pic related reminds me my first playthrough of Colosseum, my first pokemon game. I will never think it's grass type again. I will never discover pokemon again. ;_;
>>
>>24759692
i started since thefirst games, i have many nostalgia moments from each gen
>>
Just returning home man
That always gets me
>>
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QVEDEeK0Tv8

This. Reminds me of just laying in bed playing at night, organizing teams for wifi battles.
>>
Gen 2 was where it all started for me, and at the end when the music for the last battle against Red started, I knew I wouldn't stop playing pokemon. That was the first time I thought "This is it, I need more."
