Vanilluxe fucked up with the "I'll just add something else while keeping most of the second evolution". -Llite and -llish work well as a evolutionary line.
As for Muk vs, yes, Muk by itself wins. As a evolutionary line, with -Luxe fucking up the theme, is more like a draw (although I would say Vani line wins it).

Most of these seem to be people posting Pokemon they don't like. "I don't like it" doesn't make a bad design, so at least try to put in some arguments as to why you think it's a bad design. Then again, it's not like OP set a very good example.
I don't think the Vanillish line is badly designed either. The concept sucks, but the designs themselves are decent enough.

To be perfectly honest, I don't really hate any pokemon.
Some pokemon aren't as good as others, but the worst I can hate a pokemon is just being disappointed that it's just useless, like Unown or Delibird.
Not all pokemon are made for me, so pokemon I don't like are just there for someone else.
Exeggutor is the only design I think is truly irredeemably awful.
