Doesn't look sigumori style at all. And I"m not sure what the inspiration is for the grass and water ones. What I like about Pokemon is that most of the time there's some kind of backstory on the pokemons abilities and appearance that relates to it's typing so it's not just "take random animal add a type to it"

Going by how the water type appears to be named Bubull, I'd assume that the line it belongs to takes inspiration from water buffalos.
The grass lizard thing I'm not so sure about, but I'd hazard a guess that its based on the genus Draco, the flying lizards.
