It's from an episode of Youkai Watch where the boys stay up late to watch softcore cable porn. The punchline of the episode is that the parents catch them just when they get the TV fixed. The Japanese version has an extra gag where the channel gets changed to the buff guys right before the parents walk in, so they assume the boys stayed up late to watch softcore gay porn.
