This is a fun gimmick. Chansey is only an example, I know it would kill itself if this hit.
I'm glad gamefreak actually got their heads out of their asses and gave it a fitting hidden ability at the least, that is usable and actually matches its pokedex description.

Here's the question tough - how would you do a Mega Delcatty? Here's an idea:
Normal -> Normal/Ghost
Ability: Fur Coat
HP: 70 -> 70
ATK: 65 -> 75 (+10)
DEF: 65 -> 85 (+20)
SP ATK: 55 -> 55 (+0)
SP DEF: 55 -> 105 (+50)
SPE: 70 -> 90 (+20)
So yeah, a decently fast bulky support mon. It already has stuff like Helping Hand, Wish, etc so it could be viable as a mega if you're playing doubles. Fur Coat and the normal/ghost-typing is pretty cool. I tried to make it realistic and not massively minmax it.
