Regular Rayquaza is the only Uber Dragon you listed, and it always ohko's Pikachu with Extremespeed if it runs either Life Orb or a +Atk nature. Even Regular Altaria can tank Pikachu's HP Ice and OHKO it in return. Pikachu does nothing to threaten Dragon-types if the Dragon user isn't a moron.
