Easier to minmax the base stats. You only have to increase HP instead of both defenses.

They're designed to fulfill metagame niches and nothing more, having large HP more often than not helps whatever the CAPmon is trying to do. The design is just putting a face or mascot on everything else. That's part of the reason why, as pokemon, they seem really wonky and MarySue-ish.

This one's really good, I think. The others are more shit than usual, for the most part. Yilx's mega is too overdesigned but I like the base form this time. Else, the decision should be pretty easy.
