G1 - Probably Mr. Mime. It's design is pretty bad, and I never understood why it wasn't saved with a cool evo.
G2 - Stantler. They could've done some amazing things with those antlers. As it is, though, it's incredibly plain.
G3 - Grumpig. Pre-evo is great, evo is... a pig with some other or some shit.
G4 - Purugly - Same deal as with Grumpig.
G5 - Sawk and Throh - Would've been okay if their karate outfits were changed to actually be part of their bodies. As it stands, these two don't mean well with Pokemon as a whole.
G6 - Carbink. It's useless as a standalone Pokemon. Why doesn't it evolve into Diance?
