Best: fleshed out story and characters, graphics, dexnav and the nav in general, soaring and the legendaries, delta episode, sea mauville,BF tease :^)
Worst: no BF, no gym leader rematches
Overall a solid 8.5/10
Best: Trumpets in beautiful 400x240 3D. Very nice soundtrack overall.

Worst: It could have taken more from Emerald, but I'm not too miffed about it. I still had a lot offun.Also big missed opportunity to put Pokemon Pinball RS in place of the Game Corner.

You cant rechallenge the Elite 4 after you beat the champion, until you finish the delta Episode.
Despite the fact that Rayquaza is level fucking 70 and your team is only ~55-60, has Dragon Dance, and there's a Deoxys right after with Hyper Beam. Good luck not being one-shot by everything

No gym leader rematches, no customization, no battle frontier (its not even the last game so I dont know why it would have one.)
The restaurants arent as good as the XY ones but there's normal trainers to rematch in their place.
No Day/night? Neither gen 3 or 6 had it anyway so not a fault of the game

I think I'll go with the ability to fly to routes/cave entrances. Travel became super convenient with this.

Delta Episode was not an issue; the problem is after you complete the Delta episode, my team wasn't even 60 afterwards and the E4 Re-challenge is levels 71 thru 79 AND there is no where to effectively grind your pokemon through that hole
Easily the best thing about ORAS though is the E4 and Champion rechallenge, overall good challenge; a couple of the teams are a bit lacking but its still great fun. The rooms and characters look great; the animations are superb.
Worst thing about ORAS is the unnecessary hand-holding in addition to the game lacking additional post-game to fill the gaps

The music. I was never a fan of the RSE music, trumpets or not, it sounded too mediocre and even annoying. ORAS did an amazing job remixing it. Now if it only jad remixed the legendary Pokemon themes also. Zinnia's theme get a special mention, that song was perfect at giving final boss vibes. Magma/Aqua Leader was also incredibly good.

Way too much handholding. It was ridiculous how easy the game could get with people pretty much putting a red carpet wherever you went. Fuck the forced Latios capture, especially because I couldn't even get it in a ball of my choice. Either the games return to Platinum level of difficulty or add Challenge mode again or the games will stop getting my attention. It has little to no replay value other than hundreds of hours of breeding.
