Remove King's Shield. Aegislash drops back to OU, while Starmie and Gengar drop a tier.
Give Sand Rush's effects to all Pokemon with Sand Force and Sand Veil. Smogon is overwhelmed and is forced to just ban sand. Tyranitar kisses OU goodbye.
Finally, extend the effects of Gravity and Trick Room to 8 turns. OU becomes filled with powerful, bulky and fast sweepers. Priority becomes even more important than it is now.

Luck is now a stat that alters how often secondary effects and crits occur. Doesn't affect accuracy.
A base Luck stat of say, 50 means that you're never ever ever getting that Scald burn, while a base Luck stat of 180 guarantees critical Fire Blasts with burn every time.

Mimic allows a pokemon to learn a move for a little longer, so any pokemon that learns mimic may enter a battler with any move (just one) with 5pp.
Suicide moves have priority over switching (like pursuit), and +1 priority in general.

Speed is now quantitative rather than 'moves first or second'. Meaning that a pokemon with 300 speed gets twice as many actions as a pokemon with 150. This stacks across turns so it's possible to act once on one turn and twice in the next if your speed is not an integer multiple of your opponent's.
Trick room now works with ratios.
