Smh at the Reshiram/Zekrom/Kyurem and regular legendary battle theme. Those were garbage. Black/White Kyurem theme was good though.

I liked the Giratina theme, especially the bits where it sounds reversed.
My personal least favourite is the HG/SS Lugia theme. Ho-oh got this nice traditional Japan sounding piece, then Lugia just got given "bull invaded our recording studio and started bashing random instruments".
