now most of those have good abilities, but other than azumarill and maybe clefable and mega sableye I wouldn't call any "special snowflake"

It should be normal/fighting with either guts or scrappy. Guts would make burns unable to stop your onslaught and Scrappy would let you destroy ghost types. Neither ability is overpowered but works well on this pokemon. Give it swords dance for those massive boosts and close combat + shadow claw for coverage. Talonflame can't do shit to you because of STAB extremespeed. Your main counter would be skarmory.

You can either be Gothitelle with better neutral coverage and trap walls, or you can go the magic Bounce route and be a setup sweeper that is nearly impossible to Phaze. Roar and Whirlwind get Magic Bounced back, Ghost/Fairy typing means you're immune to Dragon Tail and Circle Throw. Only Mold Breaker Roar/Whirlwind or Foresight + Circle Throw can phase it, and who uses that, honestly? Once you start setting up it is very hard to stop.
You can also do Shadow Tag + Custap Berry + Destiny Bond for extra annoyingness.

Sawsbuck , Togekiss, and Dunsparce all have Serene Grace. Those pokemon are pretty ordinary if you ask me. It's not a special snowflake ability.
A special snowflake ability would be one the makes your secondary effects go off EVERY TIME, or one that raises 2 or more of your stats whenever one of your secondary effects go off.
