This Diancie is Shiny, which cannot be obtained up to this point. It's to be distributed from December 12th 2015 to December 31st 2015. Not sure, but there are .wc6 files for every single event in ProjectPokemon. Those are better anyway, since they're guaranteed to be 100% legit, then you just edit the IVs and shit.

Power Gem probably goes farther than Play Rough since special Rock attack users are nearly non-existent and Diancie can reliably boost with Calm Mind

I ought to get back into the games. I recall trying a CM set and finding very few opportunities to actually boost. Ended up running protect to reliably mega evolve
I probably need a dose of the git gud but smogon just killed my appetite for the game as a whole
