Not used him much myself, but from battling him I can say that he's tanky as fuck, so long as you keep it away from certain audacious avians.

in game anything is good. In competitive, there are few good psychic types but lots of birds, but as long as you keep it away from them it's great. Incredible on stall teams, still pretty good on balanced as a bulky attacker. Chlorosaur is still better in plain offense though
