Regigigas could probably abuse it to become a powerful and bulky special attacker, which would be kinda neat.

Pyroar would suck less.

I could see this as a good item. I hope Gamefreak realises it and includes a similar thing in new games.

Lots of Normal-types have a great special movepool but use to be focused in the physical side stat-wise.

There are also things like Gyarados, Weavile, and Kaijumons that could benefit from this.

All this at the cost of losing the item and being in fear of Knock Off. I think it's a great idea.

Gourgeist will do well now that it could actually make use of Flamethrower/Fire Blast.

I'd prefer Gigalith that way too because of muh flavour.

A shitload of things like Rampardos, Snorlax and Avalugg would pick up Surf for coverage
