Sapsipper is great and makes him a weaknessless poke but unaware js really the only reason Quagsire shines competitively. Plus as a mega ability he can't switch into a grass move before Mega-ing, which reduces his viability since you'd want to keep unaware as long as possible. Just make a unique sap sipper item that only water/ground types can hold and suddenly both Whiscash and Quagsire are great, Seismitoad is good, and Gastrodon gets banned to Ubers or something.
