Similar to /adv/'s situation, in which the shitposters are aplenty, there's no advice, and there's this one asshole who just eggs on entire threads (as his typestyle is literally the same)(Think of a slugfucker who personally attacks the needy).

Sorry Verlis, I'll be sure to give you a shoutout in my next video.
a few months back I took Verlis' sets to the test and made a full Verlisify-approved team to the battlespot ladder (since showdown bans Aegislash, greninja, etc)
ended up scoring 1711 by the end of the season, not atrocious, but not top tier either, some guys did much better than others.
super-bulk defensive Swords Dance Aegislash put in the most work by just shadow sneak sweeping everything.
Kings Rock Shell Smash Skill Link Cloyster is just pure troll but I loved it.
Stockpile Snorlax was also great if you got him set-up, but tough to pull off.
and fury cutter venusaur was actually okay. not amazing but once the momentum got going he would win most 1v.1 matches so he was pulling weight.
I do give the guy credit for trying to give a strategy to even the worst shitmons, I'd laugh at Heavy Slam Wailord too until I realize that really is the best you can do with something that shitty.

Swords dance sneak aegi is a great set, though. I'm not sure how anybody could lose to a fucking fury cutter venusaur though lol
the problem is that he discusses strategy and actual competition when its very clear that most of what he makes are gimmick sets that might or might not work. like the wailord - if I would ever use wailord, I would use a scarf or specs set. using heavy slam simply because its the biggest mon in the game is useless - why would I give it steel coverage when I can fire off STAB water spouts?
