That's what happens when the game franchise starts adding more special pokemon that are only obtainable during their shit tier events and rarely ever reintroduce them again. Deoxy is lucky it got offically introduced into a game as normally catchable like other ingame legends. So unless your familiar with injecting, a method both nintendo and gamefreak are clearly against us using with their game and trying to prevent us from using it in any way possible, than you better look forward to bending over and taking it like a little bitch until you find yourself lucky and eventually 'catch them all'.

Unless you're evolving a pseudo-legendary or something like Hydreigon it's not hard, especially not with the overpowered Gen VI Exp. Share. I would go to the chateau (after unlocking everything there so you can get Level 60+ opponents) and evolve my Pokémon five at a time.
i've got em all except Hoopa coz there hasn't been any way to get it in my shit tier country and i'm too useless to hack, plus i think i updated my thing past where you can do it anyway.
