Mega Saladmence isn't even the best in doubles.
You either choose your higher offensive stat, and the ability to hit only one enemy at a time with your STAB, or you choose the lower offensive stat, and ability to hit both with your STAB.
If you give it the right support, yes it can be a monster, but as a standalone threat, it's laughable, unlike Landorus which is literally just a crutch.
