Why is there no good Pokemon Yellow romhack on the FireRed engine?

There's no fully developed routine for the "follow the player" part, there IS one now, but it doesn't keep up with the player jumping ledges, biking, etc.

Not many people hack gen 4 games.
The only one I know of in production right now is Pokemon Light platinum.
(They're remaking it, it's already a gen 3 hack)
