They all already have secondary typing why would they get another when going mega? I mean Charizard x was dragon/fire but that was to satisfy the "Charizard is a dragon" meme.

It just seems outlandish to do anymore. Sceptiles was pretty random though. At least the ones that did get the dragon treatment had dragon qualities and dragon type moves before the mega came. None of the gen 4 mons learn any dragon moves through leveling and breeding. Infernale can learn Dual Chop through tutors and torterra can learn outrage but thats it.

Usually a good indicator that you have dragon-like qualities in the pokémon world are

>you are a seahorse because muh japan mithology

Of course with execeptions such as Ampharos that for all I know got the mega because of some stupid pun with its japanese name
Other factors that might weight in for a /dragon mega or a dragon typing from the get-go also include the ability to learn dragon-type moves naturally or through breeding and being in the Dragon Egg Group in general (see Sceptile)
With that out of the way, the only one that might have a shot would be Torterra because it's dinosaur-esque abilities might weight in for a Dragon typing like the did for Tyrantrum. Infernape and Empoleon would need to have mega design that are a complete departure of their origins for a /dragon to be added.
That said I believe none of them will change typings when they get their megas. Same for Gen 6 starters.
