At the very least, it's an ingame monster in W2. I'm not a big fan of Wargle but it's cool enough, and it's nice that they allowed early access to it in W2 after being completely neglected by fans due to its late availability in BW1

As a defiant abuser it has no priority let alone strong priority.
As birdspam it's slow as molasses.
As a sheer force abuser it has no good STAB with which to abuse it. Rock slide being the best thing it has next to zen headbutt. Neither great. If it had some kind of strong physical flying move it could abuse sheer force with you'd see it a lot more.
It's only setup is bulk up which isn't horrible but isn't good either.
It's bulk is ok. But it isn't going to wall anything.
3/10 just use a fucking talonflame.
