I've handled a few Audinos before, though I dont own one myself.
Audino's emotions are tied to the physical health of things around them. Does yours ever seem different when one of your pokemon is sick? Sometimes even if a Pokemon near it is just very hungry, though it'd be borderline abuse to intentionally let a tamed 'mon go that long without food.
Your Audino sounds like it has a comfortable living environment, or no friends. I bet youre a wonderful trainer, keep at it.

I investigated this by leaving her with my Milotic, also female, and then with my Electivire who seems to be a total stud at the daycare. There wasn't any particular strong difference in the way they interacted, and she wasn't physically interacting with either, but they both seemed to communicate well and get along equally. I understand that you don't want to treat your pokemon differently from eachother, but Gardevoirs are pokemon that really need to be lightly nudged away from you every now and again.You see, your happy thoughts are like junk food to your Gardevoir. She'll develop a casual addiction to it if you don't set boundaries to how much she can get from you. She probably thinks that you'll stop paying as much attention to her if you use her for breeding or something, Gardevoirs are weird like that. Anyway, if you don't want her to be attached to your side at all times then you're going to have to make her get more comfortable interacting with other pokemon as soon as possible. Try not to delay it because if she gets too focused on you then you're at the point of no return and you're going to have to accept her minor obsession with you if you want her to still be happy.

That's not completely accurate-- I own a Gardevoir, and she isn't clingy at all with me. If she thinks I'm doing something dumb, then sure, she'll nag me about it, but she's pretty self-reliant.
She does mother the children at the school I work at, though, but thank god for that because otherwise I'd be up the creek without a paddle. Kindergarteners are a handful.

I'm not sure if its that bad, yet. I've made a point of asserting my authority verbally with my team, especially seeing as I have a strong species (an Aggron, not a boisterous or insolent one, I just can't take the risk) on my team. I make sure I'm in control 100% of the time. I set boundaries, and I'll put her in her ball when I need to and I'll sleep alone most of the time too. I'll bear that in mins, but her behaviour doesn't seem clingy, its just cute stuff like cuddling under a blanket whilst I read on a cold night. Just like how I often sit with Milotic's head on my lap chilling on the couch.

Ideally you do it from birth, but discipline can be enforced by verbal scolding, removal of privileges such as treats for larger misbehaviours etc. But be careful not to be too harsh, and remember to give affection when they win battles/ behave well. They're your friends and partners too.

Rotom are pretty difficult to deal with in their own right, as they tend to be rather mischevious (although, they tend to stop after a bit once they know you've had enough, unless it actually likes its new accomodations. Thats why its always reccomended to get a rather high end computer just for them to play around with), but paired with a porygon... Yeah, his day must have been bad.
Rotoms generally try to make it up to thier owners after, though. Usually by making thier computera faster or downloading certain things. I know of one that decided to hack his trainer into the hall of fame once. That was a spectacle. It was quickly sorted out, however, from what I remember.

So I want to become a Pokemon Hunter. Steal treasures like nuggets and dragon fangs from wild Pokemon, or outright lead parties to hunt them down and have them made into nice suits and food.
What do you recommend as a first Pokemon for me? A sneasel or a Fennekin might suit for stealing stuff. From there I can work my way up and gather stronger Pokemon for brute force.
