Crystal, though BW1 is cool for how cinematic it is and FRLG has the best version of RB's intro motif

First part of BW is the best, second part is the worst.
Silver (if that's the one that has the full music), BW, B2W2 and maybe HGSS have the best title screens. But I also like Diamond, Pearl and Platinum title screens, and while I'm not sure I like the lack of music, the way they used these sound effects in the game is great. Oh, I also like the gen 3 title screen music.
