Not really. I have the only Hoopa listing in my country, so most people choose me for the convenience of similar timezones. My prices are slightly higher than international sellers.
There was one guy when I started who was selling a bundle of 15 event Pokemon for $20, and had sold something like 400 bundles. If I could be bothered trying to find pk6 files for the event Pokemon that are tradable, I'd probably do the same.

We just had one released in Japan through serial code last Thursday. Shiny Yveltal is coming this Thursday. If you have a Japanese 3DS(not sure if the game NEEDS to be Jap too), you can download it wherever you are.
Otherwise, you'll have to find someone mass cloning them for giveaways, or I you have Homebrew on your 3DS, you can download "svdt" to extract your save file to edit in PKHeX, after getting the wondercard from ProjectPokemon. Just make sure you change the region and county of the resulting .pk6(Pokemon) to Japan to make it 100% legal, since data showing it came from anywhere else but Japan will block it from trades/battles
