if you dont mind the extra work, just catch shitmons in xy, put them up on the GTS asking for your ORAS mons and then switch games and trade for it

Otherwise get/borrow another 3DS and trade, but that is very time consuming
If you still haven't updated you can 'copy' over your boxes via injection
You can also deposit pokémon on GTS and get them yourself afterwards, but this is extremely time consuming and somewhat risky

Then you can't use GTS for them exactly and have to use one of the other methods.
Just get Bank. You also get transporter with Bank, you may or may not use it but it's helpful to have if you need it.

Still a deal if they patch it but if you just want one mass transfer you can use this.
I paid Bank after the trial run out then never renewed it, since it expired on the injection days and I survived for a while, and now we have homebrew.
